Westboro: Condo Renovation and Transformation
The Project
When a client contacted us about remodeling her newly purchased condominium, we
faced a space that was charming in potential but outdated in reality. Our goal was to
transform the unit into a modern, open, and inviting home.
The Solution
We began by reconfiguring the layout to enhance both function and flow. One of the most significant changes was removing a wall in the kitchen, which allowed us to connect the space with the dining and living areas. This not only expanded the kitchen but also created a more cohesive and spacious environment.
Our renovation efforts included installing new, high-quality flooring throughout the condo, which instantly refreshed the space. We also undertook a major upgrade by removing the old stipple ceiling and replacing it with a sleek, smooth finish that complements the modern aesthetic.
In addition to updating the floors and ceilings, we enhanced the climate control of the
condo by upgrading the furnace to a state-of-the-art heat pump, providing more efficient and consistent heating and cooling. Both bathrooms received a complete overhaul. We replaced an outdated tub with a
contemporary shower in one, while adding luxurious heated floors in both washrooms for added comfort.
To top it all off, we painted the entire condo in a palette of fresh, modern colors, bringing a
cohesive and vibrant new look to the space.

Challenge
2 Bathrooms and neither one said come on in and lounge in the tub a while. Old cabinetry, fixtures and tiles did nothing to help this space look inviting.
Result
Beautiful new flooring,tiles, fixtures, lighting & cabinetry came together to give this bathroom a definite SPA vibe.

2 Bedrooms, both resplendent in dated carpet and popcorn ceilings,and a serious lack of lighting meant both bedrooms were in dire need of some TLC.
Result
Beautiful new flooring, a fully resurfaced popcorn free ceiling and new lighting transformed both of these bedrooms into rooms that you will want to spend half your life in!

Fake Grass is so 90's
Challenge
Fake grass just did not belong here, this covered encased balcony expanded the footprint of this spacious condo, but that fake grass had to go.
Result
Beautiful new flooring was just the thing to bring this deck to life, Now our client can enjoy the view and her extended living space that much more.
