who played an integral role in the renovation of a cherished heritage home. Collaborating
with this designer was an absolute pleasure, and their exceptional vision and expertise
brought a new level of sophistication to the project
Heritage Transformation
Our journey began when two longtime clients, whom we have had the pleasure of working with on various projects, reached out to tackle an ambitious renovation of their newly purchased heritage home. The extensive renovation included a comprehensive overhaul to modernize and enhance the property while preserving its classic charm.
The project kicked off with crucial structural updates, starting with waterproofing the foundation to ensure the home’s longevity.
We then addressed the basement floor, which required significant reporting, and replaced all windows and doors to improve both aesthetics and energy efficiency.

The home’s climate control was upgraded with a new furnace and an on-demand water tank, ensuring comfort and efficiency. The finished basement was given a sleek, modern touch with polished concrete flooring, while the exterior received a new roof with updated shingles and an interlock front patio, enhancing curb appeal and functionality.
