A large two storey heritage style balcony that fronts a commercial space underwent a complete reconstruction. The wooden elements of the structure were carefully removed; however the stone columns were retained. The original footings were removed and new footings installed. Pressure treated wood was used for the structural elements. The external architectural features were replaced with knotty pine to recreate the heritage features of the original balcony.
